Chang, author of two books on Chinese cooking, visited the
Brockton
Public Library
in October 2008. She taught 8 adventurous
teens how to cook three different kinds of fried rice, as well as
sweet & sour meatballs. This program was sponsored by the
Brockton
Library Foundation.
