Through Project Outreach a library driver can deliver books, magazines, videos, and other library materials to Brockton residents who are physically unable to access the library building. People with temporary disabilities, such as a broken leg, are welcome to use the service until they are mobile again.
Project Outreach offers homebound residents access to all of the library materials that someone coming into the library would have access to. Materials are selected by the coordinator of the program based on your stated preferences, or patrons may request specific titles.
Patrons must call a few days in advance to arrange for delivery and pick up.
Outreach materials can be kept for 4 to 5 weeks.
Outreach patrons are responsible for calling to arrange a pick-up before the date they are due.
