At the Main Library:Lingos Auditorium/ Multipurpose Room

  • The  Lingos Auditorium, a multi-purpose room can accommodate up to 165 people.
  • The Large Conference room for groups of up to 18 people.
  • The Small Conference room for up to 6 people.
  • The Driscoll Art Gallery for up to 50 people.
  • The Circulation Lobby for resource table only.

At the East Branch

The Large Conference room can accommodate up to 112 people.

At the West Branch

The Large Conference room can accommodate up to 112 people.

Groups requesting to use the meeting rooms are required to complete the Reservation Request information, indicating the equipment needed for the meeting. All requests must be approved by the Library Director. The library provides chairs, tables, a podium, and audiovisual equipment upon request. 

Interested persons must agree to adhere to the  Meeting Room Policies (PDF)  when renting. Policy includes the fee schedule.
